Q: I am looking for a new position in IT / Healthcare what is the best way to engage your services ?

A: Please submit a copy of your resume to us and indicate the type of position you are looking for. Check the Job Postings on our website often and apply for a position if you meet the requirements.

Q: How do I schedule an appointment to meet with your recruiter ?

A: If you meet the qualifications of an employment opportunity we are currently working on , we will call you to schedule an interview.

Q: What types of positions do you work on ?

A: We primarily work with experienced Information Technology professionals / Healthcare professionals.

Q: How does your recruiting process work ?

A: When we get a new job opening we work with our existing employees for referrals, contact candidates we have already  interviewed or worked with in the past, and review all resumes submitted for that job posting. If you match the qualifications  we will schedule an interview.

Q: How will I know who you send my resume to ?

A: We will not submit your resume without your permission ! In the event that the client wants us to conduct a confidential search, we will provide you with enough information for your to determine if you want your resume submitted. All employment inquiries remain confidential.

Q: Do you sponsor H1-B candidates ?

A: Yes We sponsor H1-B but restriction applies.

Q: Do you have any entry-level IT / Healthcare positions ?

A: We rarely work on entry-level positions. All positions we work with generally require a minimum of 1-5 years of relevant IT / Healthcare experience.
